In 2018, Maddison graduated with Distinction in a Bachelor of Communication, double majoring in PR and Media Studies from the University of Newcastle. Maddi began her working life as a copywriter for Redback Solutions before beginning work with Civic Web Media in 2020.

Tom is a passionate writer with a keen interest in storytelling. With a BA in Creative Industries, Writing and Publishing from the University of Newcastle, Tom has been putting his education into action with Civic Web Media since 2022.
